A Two-Part workshop!
Part one 17th July - Exploring Softness & Power in Flow

Within Yoga there are many elements to experience, from standing in Tadasana/ Mountain pose which improves your posture and creates space within the body to inverting the body and standing on our hands (Adho Mukha Vrksasana), turning the body upside down we strengthen the arms, shoulders and wrists and at the same time the mind is calm. During part one we will move from soft simple poses to more dynamic and strengthening poses. Suitable for all levels

Part two 7th August - Awareness of Breath & Movement
During part two we draw on the softness and power from part one and use theses elements to flow to and from the different polarities within each asana/ pose. Introducing breath initiated movement by using pulsing, rhythmic and body vinysas (inspired by Shiva Rea), this will heighten your awareness within your body and deepen your yoga experience.

All levels welcome to come, experience, move & explore this amazing body we live in!

"Really enjoyable & very different from other workshops.
It has inspired me to do more"

"The teaching was gentle, intuitive
& well structured,
it was a lovely experience."

Yoga in its most fluid form is like a dance and can create space within allowing us greater freedom and movement.

Through dance we can use this freedom to release our creativity and expression of the self. This progression through contact yoga postures and dance can take us deeper into meditation increasing our internal and external self-awareness to help us experience greater contentment and inner peace.

All that is required is an open mind and willingness to move your body.
